VioResume CV / resume Builder Refund Policy

This Consolidated Refund Policy (“Policy”) is a binding part of the User Agreement for VioResume CV Builder (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing a subscription to our services ("Service"), you ("User", "Subscriber", "you", or "your") affirm your agreement to these terms.

General Refund Policy

Our Service offers specialized digital content via a subscription-based model. Given the digital nature of our Service, we enforce a strict 'No Refund' policy for subscription charges, as services rendered are considered final and consumed.

Subscription Auto-Renewal and Cancellation Terms

1. Your subscription is subject to automatic renewal, as agreed upon the initiation of the subscription.

2. Managing your subscription, including cancellation, is your responsibility. Cancellations must be completed before the renewal date in the "My Billing" section on your dashboard.

3. Refunds for subscription fees post auto-renewal are not provided under any circumstances due to the immediate access to digital content.

4. Reminder notices for renewals are discretionary and their absence does not entitle a subscriber to a refund.

5. Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the charge for investigation and potential refund if an error is identified.

Extended Refund Conditions

6. In instances of significant and unresolved technical issues on our part that prevent service access, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.

7. Should a Service be permanently discontinued, you may be entitled to a pro-rated refund.

8. Claims of significant misrepresentation of a Service may be reviewed for potential refunds.

Refund Process and Requirements

9. Refund requests must be submitted to our support team with sufficient evidence and account information.

10. Approval of refunds is at our discretion after a thorough review.

11. Approved refunds will be processed within a specified period and returned via the original payment method.

Refund Process and Investigation Timeline

16. Our dispute and billing department will acknowledge refund requests within five (5) working days, starting the investigation.

17. Investigations may extend seven (7) additional working days to assess the claim thoroughly.

18. If approved, refunds are processed and may take up to five (5) additional business days to reflect on the original payment card.

Card Changes and Deactivation Policy

19. You must maintain valid and current card information on file. Failure to do so may result in an inability to process a refund.

20. Refunds will not be processed if the original payment card is inactive, canceled, or otherwise invalid.

Amendments and Governing Law

12. This Policy may be revised at any time, and subscribers should review it periodically. Continued subscription after changes indicates acceptance.

13. Significant changes to this Policy will be communicated when possible.

14. This Policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Company’s registration, and disputes are subject to arbitration as per local rules.
